First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at emarsys.
Campaign Specialist
The whole interview process took about 4 weeks. After I sent in my résumé and portfolio, and between scheduling emails, I had one screening call, then an in-person interview with the team lead and the department director. They also asked for 3 references, and then I got the offer. I never had to wait more than a week, so I always knew where I stood in the process. The screening call was pretty in-depth, but the in-person interview was surprisingly chill, more like a casual chat about the job. Maybe I would have felt more secure if they'd asked me more about my past work, but it was a good interview and I asked a lot of questions too.
- What's making you look for a new job?
Campaign Specialist
So, I had interviewed with them before a while back, like a few months ago. It was like one or two phone chats, and then an in-person meeting with the folks I'd be working with, and then a chat with higher-ups. Nothing came of it then. Fast forward a bit, and they reached out again and we did one more interview.
- What are your five-year career goals?
Campaign Specialist
The interview process was exceptionally good. After submitting my resume, I was contacted by Melanie, a Talent Acquisition Partner, who was amazing throughout. She kept me updated regularly, so I always knew where I stood. After I interviewed with my team, I knew this was the right place. I had another offer, but I turned it down because the recruitment, interview, and HR process was so smooth. I'm happy I made that choice, as this is the best place I've ever worked!
