Copywriter
Typical tedious BPO type process. Staff was nice but I find them too nitpicky when it comes to talking about all previous jobs. Waste of time as client suddenly said they would not outsource writers. Lol

The interview process was quick. There was a written exam that mirrored the job duties, involving reading and writing. The exam had ample time, and the questions were appropriate for the role and difficulty, resembling college-level work.
- A college-level multiple-choice question concerning C pointers was asked.

I sent in my resume, then HR called me up for an initial HR interview. After that, I had to take a technical exam that was all about the job itself. It had sample data from the kind of stuff I'd be doing and they wanted to see how I'd handle it. It was about 5 questions. Then I interviewed with the manager and got an offer, which I accepted. Pretty simple process.
- A technical exam was administered.
