First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Emapta Versatile Services.
Software Engineer
I went through their interview process over three weeks. It included one initial screening, and then two technical rounds, and a live coding session. They said the coding challenge was not production-ready, but then in later sessions they emphasized real-world scenarios and their specific implementation preferences, which made the guidance unclear and inconsistent. I didn’t get any feedback from interviewers, so it was hard to know how I was doing or how to get better. The recruiter mentioned the client is very picky and often has trouble filling the role, and other applicants said similar things. If they expect a “perfect” software engineer, maybe offshoring with a small budget isn’t the right fit for that. Clearer communication and more reasonable standards would help save time for everyone involved.

Executive Assistant
Someone messaged me on LinkedIn saying I fit what they were looking for for a client. We set up an interview, and it went well. Then they said I'd have to wait for the next step, which was an interview with the client. It's been two weeks since that. I followed up with the person who first contacted me on LinkedIn, and she told me the client wasn't available for an interview yet. After that, Emapta never got back to me. I tried contacting them again through email and LinkedIn, but no response.

Medical Receptionist
The interview process is a fun journey to find the right person. It starts with checking your application, then a quick chat to get to know you. The first interview is your chance to show off what you can do, and some jobs might have a skill test. The second interview goes deeper into your background, often with a few people from the team. The last interview makes sure you're a good fit, and then they'll check your references. If everything looks good, you get the job offer, and that's the start of something new! Each step helps both you and the company decide. Good luck, and have fun!

CAD Drafter
I was contacted on LinkedIn by a recruiter, who then invited me to an interview. It went well, so I was invited to the next phase, which was a timed technical test. I got feedback that the client was happy with my results and asked when I could start. I said anytime because I was unemployed, but then I got ghosted. After following up with the recruiter, they said they were still waiting for client info and that was it, I never heard from them again.
