Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Emanation Marketing Group.
Marketing Assistant
It was a really bad interview experience. When I got there, I saw how run-down the place was. The person at the front desk was calling out names for the same job I applied for, right in front of me. It felt like they were trying to get through interviews super fast. The interviewer was unfriendly, uninteresting, and clearly didn't care about my background or what I knew. She told me about the company and the pay, and I knew right away it was a scam. I couldn't believe I fell for this.
- What do you think about the company's objectives?
Marketing Assistant
They do an intro meeting in a small office to introduce themselves. This usually takes 15 minutes. The second meeting is at a warehouse location where you basically do sales for a product sold at a Costco or Sam's Club. They offer you the job after the second interview and an email. It was extremely easy overall.
- What are three qualities that make you a good fit for our company?
Marketing Assistant
The interview process was pretty intense and interesting. I had a chance to meet with one of the managers on the first interview. For the second interview, I had to go to Sears to see what they sell. Last interview was to meet with a manager to talk about all the details about the company.
- What is the difference between direct and indirect marketing?
