I've been talking to the company for over a year because my background fits what Emaar usually looks for. It kicked off with an online personality test. They got back to me after 3-4 months. Then, I went through two interview rounds within a week, and the offer came the following week. Since I was a good fit, the interviews moved fast.

There were 2 HR interviews and then a line manager interview to wrap things up. I also had a follow up with the HR associate in between the interviews. The whole process was smooth and the HR follow up was good. Everything was done via online video calls.

The interview process was pretty simple, it had two main parts: the initial and final interviews. They wanted to see what I'm capable of, my past work experience, and my different skills. First, I had a phone interview. After that, they asked me to come to their office for a face-to-face meeting where I did some analytical tasks.
