The manager created a very great atmosphere, making me feel comfortable and welcomed. They clearly explained all expectations and asked some basic questions, such as what goals I expected to achieve from the job.

I applied for the Staffing Manager position by submitting my resume and filling out an online application. The Branch Manager called me in for an interview. After that, I took a personality test. A few days later, I interviewed with the Regional Manager. Finally, I had interviews with the office staff. After speaking with everyone, I completed an IQ test focused on verbal reasoning and math. A few days after finishing everything, the Branch Manager let me know I got the job. Following the verbal offer, I received a written offer, signed a non-compete agreement, gave three references, and completed a pre-hire drug screen and background check.

Behavioral

The interview process was brief and not very personal, with a slightly condescending tone. It didn't feel like a reliable assessment for the position; it seemed more like they were focused on filling the role rather than finding someone knowledgeable. After I was hired, the job itself was quite different from how it was described during the interview.
