Behavioral Presentation

The interview process was really thorough and the team was super friendly and professional. It's a great company with good management. There were a few stages, including talking to different managers and meeting the staff. The process takes a while, which can be tough with other offers on the table. I think it's worth the wait though, as their thoroughness makes them a better company in my opinion.

It started with a phone call with HR, then I had face-to-face meetings with management. I interviewed with the branch manager, then the area manager, and other VPs. It felt like it went on forever, but I think they were evaluating me because in this industry, it usually takes about six interactions to close a deal, so that's probably why they had so many interviews. I recall there were six in total because some people were in town for an area meeting, so I got to meet everyone. It was long, but ultimately worth it.
