Intern
The whole process took about a month and a half and was conducted on the Gupy online platform. It started with a questionnaire and a logic test. I really recommend preparing well for this part because it tends to filter out about 90% of candidates. After that, there was a technical exam with 6 questions related to the technologies mentioned in the job posting. It's also a good idea to study for this test, as the questions are considered medium-to-hard. Finally, there was an interview where I had to present my logic for solving the test. This interview was with a panel consisting of the manager and two other professionals from the area. Initially, they asked me several questions about myself and my past experiences, and then they asked me to present my solutions. They were very nice and made me feel really comfortable. They deserve praise.
- Tell me about a challenge you faced, how you dealt with it, and what you learned from it.
Intern
Intern
The company offers a very enriching bootcamp, which was a prerequisite for the job. So, a significant part of the selection process focused on how participants developed during the bootcamp, including mistakes and learnings.
- Can you recommend a book to me?
