First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at EloGroup.
Analista

The interview had 3 in-person stages all on the same day. First was a group dynamic activity, lasting 40 minutes, focused on the same case I prepared at home. Most people passed this stage to the next. Then, a case presentation: over an hour long, presenting to two Managers, and developing one together. I found them attentive and collaborative, but also demanding; it wasn't an easy case, and this stage cut the most candidates. Finally, a Fit Cultural interview with the partners. I thought it was a very light interview, and they seemed genuinely interested in getting to know me. The result came out the same day, and I was working a week later.
- Can you describe a situation where you collaborated within a team?
- What led you to choose a career in consulting and specifically Elogroup?
Business Analyst
The process took a long time because of Covid. The company wasn't quick to move the in-person process online, which caused some confusion. I got an email saying I wasn't approved, and then a week later, another calling me to the next stage. The process had four parts: resume review + logic and English tests, a round of case interview + fit interview, another case interview round, and a final fit interview round. The interviewers seemed a bit uninterested and scattered from the start, which made things very uncomfortable.
- Why are you interested in consulting, and specifically EloGroup?
- What is something you are proud of?
- What is something you regret?
