The interview was smooth, they asked about my experiences and it lasted about 30 min (I thought it was fast). The interviewers were not very friendly and told me they would give feedback in 1 week. They never contacted me (or other participants) to provide feedback on the process.

The process was quite welcoming. Elo employees were genuinely interested in getting to know you. It started with an online test, followed by a resume evaluation, and then a group dynamic activity. In this stage, we tackled a case study and presented it to the evaluators. They then asked some questions about the proposal's development.
