Software Engineer
The internship process for a Software Engineer role starts with you sending in your application and resume so they can check if you're a good fit. Then, a recruiter will likely give you a call or video chat to talk about your background and why you want this internship. After that, you'll probably have a technical interview where you might have to code, solve algorithm problems, and work through challenges to show off your skills. Some places might also give you a coding assignment to do at home or an online test. If you do well in the technical part, you'll likely chat with some team members or managers. These chats could be about technical stuff or how you work with others and handle projects. Finally, there's often an interview to see if you'll fit in with the company culture and values.
- Are you open to remote work?
Software Engineer
I passed the first round which had puzzles and C/C++ questions, mostly asking for the output of given programs. In the second round, which was the technical round, I was asked about my projects, some questions from my resume, basics of C, C++, Java, and two programming questions. After clearing this, I had an HR interview. The interviewer asked about my project and other questions. I explained my project and mentioned my interest in app development and design. He then stated that this field isn't available at the company and asked if I would leave if I got an offer for app development elsewhere. I said yes because of my passion for it, which is why I wasn't selected in the HR round. Hope this helps, all the best.
