You get a call from a recruiter first, who asks you about yourself and how you'd fit the role. Then, you talk to a senior consultant. She seemed unhappy with the role and the type of people they were looking for. It's an entry-level job, but she wants someone who already knows the program because it takes too much time to teach new people. Also, they need you to live in a specific city, even though the job ad said it was remote. They also don't give you any updates and then ghost you.

It started with a quick phone call, then I went in person for a presentation on a topic they gave me. It was pretty simple. They also did a standard interview with typical questions.
