I had a quick phone interview with the manager and then was brought on-site soon after. The team was really interested in moving forward, I heard about a week after the on-site. Then, about 7 business days later, they offered me the job. The on-site interview lasted all day and I met with 13 people, most of them actuaries. They were all really nice and easy to talk to, so it wasn't too hard as long as I knew my resume well. Make sure to pay attention because they'll ask what you learned about the job that day. Also, do your homework on their industry and what they sell. It seemed like a great job with a great team and good leaders.
