The process was really smooth. There were three rounds in total. It started with a Techno-Functional round, then a Manager round, and finally an Onsite round. The first round focused on agile process, user stories, SQL queries, and presentation skills. All the interviews were conducted over Skype. The questions from the onsite folks were mostly about the day-to-day roles and responsibilities of a Business Analyst. The entire process took about 3 weeks to complete.

It started with a phone interview, then an in-person meeting with two directors from different departments. After that, there was a call with three VPs. I enjoyed the office tour and seeing the workplace. The people seemed nice. I think I did well in the interview, but it's been about 1.5 months with no reply. I reached out to both HR contacts I had, but still no response. It's disappointing to experience this lack of professionalism. Thankfully, I didn't end up joining the company as I've received another offer.
