I had one interview on campus, then about 2.5 weeks later, I went on-site. I heard back within a week after the on-site. They emailed me about the on-site offer and then the final offer. The people there seemed pretty smart, and they all seemed to really like the place, mentioning the open and collaborative atmosphere. Everyone was super nice and friendly, giving me a good overall impression.
