I had a 4-hour interview where I spoke with 5 different developers/engineers back-to-back with no breaks. It was all live coding, and they didn't ask any behavioral questions. They were focused on my coding ability and how I explained my code rather than getting to know me as a person.

The interview process had several stages, starting with an HR screen, then a technical round, and finally a hiring manager interview. The majority of the questions were standard behavioral ones, asking about past experiences, and also included situational questions. There weren't any tricky or unexpected questions. It's best to be prepared with examples from your past projects.

I saw the Senior IT Support Analyst job on LinkedIn and applied. A few days later, the hiring manager reached out to set up an initial interview where we talked about my experience and what I was looking for, and they explained the role. Then, I had a second round with the senior Sys Engineer for a technical interview. The final round was an in-person meeting at their main office in Old Greenwich to meet the team and HR. I got an offer a few days after but turned it down because I took a similar job elsewhere.
