Applied and went through a screening interview, then an assessment centre, and finally some interviews. The process wasn't too tough, and the cases were pretty straightforward, focusing a lot on what Elixirr does. I didn't get past the AC though – they said I didn't compete enough with the others and didn't push my ideas enough. It sounds like they prefer really competitive people over ones who like to work together.

Behavioral Technical Case Presentation
Standard consulting interview. It involved a phone screen, 1:1 interviews, and a business case that was provided beforehand. The process was typical for the industry. The only unique aspect was their emphasis on their own high caliber. I had to really sell myself to match their perceived level. The case study was straightforward, similar to one on their website. I was surprised by the lack of challenging questions from the senior interviewer, perhaps it wasn't their area of expertise. Although they said they didn't have the roadmap to support a hire, which is why I didn't get an offer, I suspect their hiring process is still being developed. The HR team was pleasant and easy to talk to.
