The process was pretty quick. I was contacted by HR for an interview that was scheduled within a few days, thanks to an internal referral. Even though I know there are many better candidates out there, I felt my interview was good enough for an intern role. But honestly, I sensed how it would end from the beginning. The interviewer had a really condescending and annoying attitude throughout. I answered all their questions, which were all motivational and based on my CV, really well. Towards the end, the interviewer zeroed in on a minor date inaccuracy in one of my older internships, which I didn't think was a big deal. It felt like they had already decided against me and were just looking for any small reason to reject me. After getting the rejection, I asked for more specific feedback via email, but after several follow-ups, I only got a generic response. I used to really admire this company and was eager to work there because of how it's run and its founding story. But this experience has made me reconsider, and I wouldn't recommend applying here anymore.

Behavioral Presentation Case

The whole interview experience lasted about three weeks, from when I first applied to when I got the offer. I was initially told they were hiring for January, but the next day I got a call saying an internship position opened up and they needed someone to start ASAP. Here’s how my interview process went down: 1. Application submission – be creative and let them know who you are! 2. HR Interview 3. Case Study presentation (with a Manager) 4. Interview with a Principal 5. Informal coffee chat (with an Analyst). It's a really good process because you get to meet many different people at Elixirr, which helps you understand the company culture. It’s important to remember they really focus on their people.

I completed the application form, online questions, and had a phone call. I tried to contact the recruiters by email for updates but was completely ignored. It seems they don't care about job applicants at all, not even sending a rejection email. Looking at their LinkedIn, I'm actually glad I didn't continue because they lack diversity and have very few POC people for an organization of over 150 people.
