Group Presentation

Was a bit hesitant given previous reviews, but decided to form my own opinion after getting to the assessment center (AC). Spent a day at the office doing group work and assessments. It was a tough but enjoyable day and gave a good look into Elixirr and their work. The analysts were super welcoming and friendly, happy to share their experiences and answer questions about working at Elixirr. Got feedback by phone within a week, and they sent a survey about the AC that afternoon. Downsides: Some peers were a bit much trying to prove themselves. It was a shame not to interview about projects before hearing a decision. There was also some confusion about accepting a spot at the AC. Don't assume you have a place after a successful phone interview.

Behavioral Case Presentation

I went through 4 rounds of interviews, and the last one was with a partner. They were all really nice. I was told the partner interview would be laid-back, but it ended up being a case study. I had to follow up myself after about a week to find out I didn't get the job. Overall though, it was a good experience and it seems like a great company.

Confirmed questions1 question

It was a negative experience. I got a verbal offer but then they ghosted me on the formal offer. There were 4 rounds: an HR screen, then a 5-hour in-person group case interview, another HR screen, and finally an interview with a principal. The cases were of average difficulty, and the questions were easy to average, though many were repetitive. There were long waits for communication in between, and it was pretty disorganized. The whole process took about 2.5 months. I got a verbal offer, but by then I was going to sign elsewhere. I told Elixirr this upfront, but they kept me in the running. I told them multiple times my deadline to respond to my other offer was Dec 1, and they promised to send the offer before then. I never received the formal offer and they just ghosted me. I signed with another company.
