First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Elite Generations.
Brand Ambassador
It was pretty straightforward. I got a call about my application where we discussed my qualifications. Then I had an interview with the company owner, who talked about the company's background, mission, and the role. After that, I had another interview with a hiring manager who went over the daily tasks and pay for the job. I heard back the next day but didn't get selected.
- Can you tell me more about your previous experience and what responsibilities you had?
- What are your qualifications?
- What do you know about our company's background, our mission, and the position we're trying to fill?
Marketing Assistant
Everything went smoother than I expected. I really liked how they gave out the info. The first step was on zoom and it helped me learn more about the company. I went to the office for my one on one interview, and I liked the setting. While at the interview, I met other employees and they all seemed to really like working there.
- What would you bring to the table?
Marketing Assistant
So I had this weird interview where first I was on a zoom call with like 8 other people. Then, they called me in for an in-person interview the next day. After that interview, I was called into another guy's office where he asked me the same questions as before. He then told me he needed to talk to the 'hiring board'. He was gone for about 5-10 minutes and came back saying they really liked my application and the interview went super well. He mentioned it was tough to decide because of the high volume of applicants. But, thanks to the good word from my interviewer, they wanted to offer me the job and wanted me to start in 3 days. When I said I had some things to sort out before starting so soon, they pressured me by saying someone else would get the job if I didn't decide quickly. I asked for the rest of the day to think, and they agreed, but warned that if someone else took the job before then, I'd be out of luck. As I left, I saw people from the waiting area changing out of their suits in the parking lot, which was pretty sketchy. Researching the company later, I found many others had similar experiences and warnings that matched mine.
- What are your aspirations for this position?
