It was pretty straightforward. I got a call about my application where we discussed my qualifications. Then I had an interview with the company owner, who talked about the company's background, mission, and the role. After that, I had another interview with a hiring manager who went over the daily tasks and pay for the job. I heard back the next day but didn't get selected.

Elite Generations was really great to interview with, I learned so much about their accomplishments and it made me want to join even more. The process was straightforward. First, there was a group Zoom interview with a hiring director to go over basic company info. After the hiring board screened resumes, I had a second, in-person interview at their Dallas office, which was beautiful. This was a one-on-one interview where I could ask all my questions. Then, I completed a survey for Elite and waited for a phone call if the hiring board decided to move forward. This third interview was a phone call with a very nice and inviting woman, and it involved more follow-up questions. The whole process was super smooth, and what I loved most was how welcoming everyone at Elite Generations was.

This company has a really welcoming and warm interview approach, unlike others I've experienced. They were transparent and engaging throughout. What was great is they answered my questions before I even asked them, showing they really pay attention to details. So by the time they asked if I had questions, I didn't have any! They aim to make the process efficient and suitable for applicants. It's a 3-part interview process. The first interview was a group session via Zoom to cover the role's purpose, their requirements, and company background. The second interview was in-person, in their beautiful office space, conducted by a top trainer. This was a one-on-one interview, which made me feel really connected. The third interview was a recap of the whole process. Elite Generations was very thorough and transparent, and I really appreciated their interview style, which made me want to work there even more. Very professional and inviting!

So I had this weird interview where first I was on a zoom call with like 8 other people. Then, they called me in for an in-person interview the next day. After that interview, I was called into another guy's office where he asked me the same questions as before. He then told me he needed to talk to the 'hiring board'. He was gone for about 5-10 minutes and came back saying they really liked my application and the interview went super well. He mentioned it was tough to decide because of the high volume of applicants. But, thanks to the good word from my interviewer, they wanted to offer me the job and wanted me to start in 3 days. When I said I had some things to sort out before starting so soon, they pressured me by saying someone else would get the job if I didn't decide quickly. I asked for the rest of the day to think, and they agreed, but warned that if someone else took the job before then, I'd be out of luck. As I left, I saw people from the waiting area changing out of their suits in the parking lot, which was pretty sketchy. Researching the company later, I found many others had similar experiences and warnings that matched mine.
