I got this interview through the university career fair and then filled out an application with my basic info, like where I wanted to work and what subjects I was interested in. They called me right after and I sent my CV the same day. Then there was a written test with multiple choice questions about grammar, text analysis, and reading comprehension. After that, I interviewed with the manager.

I went in and took three different tests: the SAT Writing, SAT Reading, and SAT Math instructor diagnostic exams. The writing and reading tests felt like the real SAT, but the math exam was way harder, apparently from the GRE math section. Then I interviewed with the director. It was super chill, he was a great guy. We basically went through my resume, chatting about each part. We even talked about random stuff and joked around. He told me about the company and their training. They seemed really organized. I wasn't sure I'd get hired because I'm young and less experienced than the other teachers there, but the director made it seem like I might. The bummer is he never got back to me. It's not cool to leave people hanging after they drove over, took tests, and spent two hours there. Makes me not want to apply again or work with Elite.

We need to deeply look into your academic background and qualifications. You should be skilled in at least one subject and testing methods to be considered for this instructor role. Since this job involves working with children, your ability to teach is super important.
