So the company works with super important utility companies all over the nation. The first interview is really quick and easy, it's basically just to figure out who your trainer will be. It seems a bit strange at first but it makes sense once you start working with them. The second interview is way longer and it's with your trainer. They explain everything and are upfront about being a marketing and management company for telecom, water, and power industries. The third interview is fast. They tell you if you're hired or not. This company is legit, not an MLM. I found out for myself.

It was a really nice and down-to-earth interview. Right away, I learned about the company's background, values, and culture, plus the chances for career growth. The first interview was super fast, and the second one was really deep and more personal.

The interview process was very professional, with a great location and building. It began with a phone interview, and I was then scheduled for an in-person interview the following Friday. Everyone was very friendly during the in-person interview, which was a one-on-one session where they asked basic questions that were easy to answer with little preparation.
