First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Elite Development Enterprises.
Account Manager
So the company works with super important utility companies all over the nation. The first interview is really quick and easy, it's basically just to figure out who your trainer will be. It seems a bit strange at first but it makes sense once you start working with them. The second interview is way longer and it's with your trainer. They explain everything and are upfront about being a marketing and management company for telecom, water, and power industries. The third interview is fast. They tell you if you're hired or not. This company is legit, not an MLM. I found out for myself.
- Do you have prior management experience?
Customer Service Representative
The job title for the salary is misleading. This is actually a commission-based management training program. After months of door-to-door sales, if you get enough people under you, they'll consider promoting you to Asst. Management. At that point, you can get a stable salary, but you'll still be doing sales door-to-door. They're really vague about pay, and you won't realize it's a competitive management training program, not customer service, until your second day of orientation.
- What makes you the ideal candidate for this position?
- Are you capable of collaborating within a team and also taking on a leadership role?
Manager
HR Manager called me, she was nice and knew her stuff. She gave me a quick overview of the role and then I had an in-person meeting with the hiring manager. This manager asked tough questions to see if I was ready for another interview where we'd talk about the day-to-day work and how I could grow. I got to meet some of the team members, and they seemed really motivated, which made me want to join such a successful group. The Account Manager was also really informed and answered everything I asked. He threw some challenging questions my way to assess if I'd fit in with the team.
- Can you tell me about a major professional obstacle you successfully navigated?
Sales and Marketing
They did all the interviews on the same day. Two people interviewed me and then I answered a test. They explain all the process and the tasks I would make daily.
- What makes you interested in this job?
- What unique value would you contribute to our company?
