Product Operations Manager
The interview experience was pretty smooth, starting with a recruiter chat, then a chat with the hiring manager, followed by a take-home assignment. After that, I had to present my case, and it all wrapped up with a full day of interviews in person, which they called a 'super day'. Everyone I met was sharp, but they were very open about their 'grind culture', which I actually respect them being upfront about.

Operations Manager
I applied because the Glassdoor rating was pretty good (4.3 when I checked). The process started with HR, then went to a hiring manager round, but I didn't make it past that. The hiring manager seemed distracted during the call, like they were doing other things. They asked some questions but didn't really seem to pay attention to my answers. It felt like they were brushing me off, and it made me wonder about the company culture. I'd suggest future candidates chat with current employees before getting too far into the interview process.
- What made you decide to apply for this position?
Business Operations Manager
So, we started with a take-home task that involved some powerpoint and excel work, which was reviewed by a more junior person on the team. After that, I had three in-person interviews with the chief of staff, a team leader, and the CEO. Then, there were two more interviews, one with a senior associate and then another one with the CEO.
