So you have to apply in person first and fill out an application. Then you meet with the regional manager at their office in Tempe, AZ. After that, you need to pass a background check. The interview was pretty easy, they didn't seem to have specific questions. They're really looking for people who can find and bring in new business leads, and basically just need people to be at their desks and on the phone.

The manager asked me basic questions like why I wanted to work there, what sales experience I had, and why I thought they should hire me.
