The interview process was quite straightforward and seemed designed to assess my understanding of KYC, AML, due diligence, and compliance. The questions primarily focused on these areas. Overall, it was a good interview experience, and I believe that with relevant experience, securing an offer would be relatively easy.

The interview process had 4 rounds and lasted for 3 weeks. I cleared the first 3 rounds. The final round was supposed to be a discussion with the manager, but nobody showed up for the scheduled call. When I tried to contact HR, they hung up without giving any updates. While rejections are fine, after 3 rounds, a candidate deserves a proper rejection, not to be ignored. This whole experience ruined my plans and wasted my time. I only prioritized this interview because it was remote, otherwise, there was nothing special about the organization.

I learned about this opportunity from an external recruiter. My interviews with the team went really well, and I was excited about the role until the final interview with HR. The HR person was 15 minutes late for our 30-minute meeting without an apology or explanation. They were rude and dismissive throughout, not even looking at my resume or knowing what job I was interviewing for. This made me hesitate and look into the company more on Glassdoor. Given the HR experience, I wondered about the company culture. I noticed many fake reviews and red flags, as people usually have some negative feedback when leaving a job. I turned down their offer, which included a bonus as a significant part of my total compensation. I had been told multiple times that bonuses weren't typical, but then most of my salary was structured as a bonus, which felt suspicious and untrustworthy. Without the bonus, my compensation would be similar to my current role, so it wasn't appealing. I rejected the offer outright without a counteroffer due to the sketchy situation. I strongly recommend reading all reviews, especially those sorted by date.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • Could you demonstrate an analysis using Python or SAS?
