Project Manager
The interview session was lengthy, and I didn't have the opportunity to ask any follow-up questions. They managed to ask around 20 questions within the 30-minute timeframe. I felt I was able to answer all their questions, which I found to be appropriate and directly relevant.
- Can you explain your typical project management process?
Project Leader
The interview process was straightforward and not very involved, as they were keen to fill the position quickly. It's a decent company with good employee benefits. The onboarding process was fast. There's been a lot of leadership turnover since I started.
- Have you worked with health equity before?
Marketing Project Manager
Applied on 4/16 and received an email on 4/18 for a phone screen scheduled for 4/20. On 4/20, the recruiter texted minutes before the call to reschedule and then called at the wrong time but proceeded anyway. The recruiter mentioned an email would be sent to schedule an interview. On 4/24, an email was received from the talent coordinator to schedule an interview for 4/27. Three hours later on 4/24, an automated email stated the position was filled. Despite the automated email, I confirmed the interview time on 4/24. On 4/25, I followed up since I hadn't heard back and the talent coordinator emailed back saying the position was filled. It's confusing how they hired someone within a week after I applied and continued to schedule interviews with candidates. This seems like a bigger issue based on other reviews and I hope they can fix their process to respect people's time.
- Did you have prior experience working with Medicare?
