Applied online, then had a chat with HR. Then I talked to the hiring manager about my experience. After that, I had a panel interview with some team members where they asked me about my experience. Then I met with the hiring manager again to talk more about the job. Finally, HR gave me an offer.

This was a great experience, the hiring team was really pleasant and moved quickly. I didn't have to follow up for any information. It was mostly conversational and focused on behavioral aspects, but they also wanted to gauge my understanding of IT auditing. They were trying to see if I was a good fit for the role.

The process took a few weeks because they wanted me to meet with several Managers and Directors one-on-one, and the interviews were scheduled one after the other. Everything was done virtually. I've worked in matrix organizations before, but none of the management members could tell me who this position reports to. They didn't share, or couldn't share, an organization chart. It all seemed very disorganized.
