Behavioral Technical Presentation

After applying directly, I got a call about the position and was asked if I could attend an online interview via bluejeans due to coronavirus. A few days later, I was called back and asked to visit the site for a lab tour. They showed me the process from stock inventory to lab prep up to GCMS and HPCL testing and how clients are reported to. The atmosphere was extremely calm and welcoming, and all staff felt approachable.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

Started with some questions about past jobs and what I know about the company. Then, we took a tour of the labs and they gave me a quick rundown of what they do in each spot. They said I could ask questions anytime, even during the tour, and the more questions I asked, the better. So, it felt like a mix of talking about my experience and then seeing the actual work environment. The questions I was asked were about my background and alignment with company values, and then there was a presentation-style walkthrough of the lab.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • Do you align with the company's values and can you explain why?
