I went through two rounds of interviews. First, I spoke with HR, and then I had a conversation with the Hiring Manager. The process was quick and easy. I didn't get an offer in the end, but it was a good experience overall.

First, they look at your resume and cover letter to see if you fit the basic stuff. If you do, HR gives you a quick call or video chat to check your communication, basic knowledge, and if you vibe with the company. Then, you'll likely meet the hiring manager and some team members for a panel or one-on-one chat, either in person or online, to talk about your experience, skills, and how you'd handle job scenarios. After that, there might be a skills test, case study, or presentation related to the job. Finally, you'll meet with senior folks or management to make sure you align with the company's goals and values. Once all that's done, they'll check your references and do a background check. If everything checks out, you'll get the job offer with all the details.

I applied for an Account Executive role in the Sales department, but the company was really disorganized. Instead of an interview for the Sales Development Representative position, someone from Marketing interviewed me for a role that was completely different. I let the HR team know about the mix-up, but they never got back to me.
