The interview has 2 steps, first an interview with an engineer in an equivalent position then a technical interview with a manager. The first part aims to evaluate the candidate's motivation, background, future projections and the reasons for their application. The second part is strictly focused on mechanics. We ask questions about technical choices, solutions developed and the candidate's investment in the tasks carried out on previous projects.

I applied online and then got a 1-hour timed assessment. I scored 79/94 on it. After that, I got an automated email saying someone would contact me if they were interested, but I didn't hear back.

So I had an interview with two people from the company, one of them was really good but the other one was super unprofessional. This person was late and kept checking their phone the whole time. They said a bunch of stuff that felt like major red flags, and honestly, it made me realize I didn't even want to work there anymore. They were also kind of passive-aggressive, not just to me but to the other interviewer too. I got a sense that it's probably not a great place to work and I wouldn't enjoy it.

It was a professional but also casual interview, so I felt very at ease. Each question was like a discussion, and I felt confident answering. They included a tour of the production factory and a video call. Before that, there was a challenging online exam.
