It was a competency-based interview, and they told us to use the STAR method beforehand. The process was well-structured before and during the interview, so you do need to prepare your answers. The downside was that after the interview, I wasn't offered the position. When I asked for feedback, they said they don't give feedback because they're too busy. That was a big letdown and a disappointment after all the preparation I put into the interview.
