I put in my application online before the cutoff. After that, I had to complete a psychometric test. Then, I was invited to an interview that went for close to an hour. It was a virtual interview over MS Teams with a panel of 3 people from ESB, two of whom were technical and one from HR. They were quite nice and got straight to the point. The questions felt manageable, and they expected us to use the STAR method to answer them.

Case Presentation Behavioral

So after applying, they sent this aptitude test that took about 2 hours to finish. Then they sent some study material with questions and scenarios to help get ready for the interview. The interview itself was a 30-minute case study where I had to prep answers for a problem with a base plant generator. After that, I met with a panel of 3 people for 8 minutes to present my answers, and then they asked more questions about the case study. Later, they asked me to talk about myself and my CV, and then some competency-based questions came up, all using the STAR method (Situation/Task, Action, Results).
