The process started with just sending in my CV, then I had an online assessment centre, after that there was a group assessment centre and then finally some individual interviews. It was quite a long process, took months to get through it all, lots of waiting around and slow responses.

You start by applying online. Then there are aptitude tests, but don't stress about them too much as there are more questions than anyone could answer. After that, you'll do a case study before your interview; you can't really prepare for it. The interview itself is next. I didn't get the job, but it felt like it went well, and others I've talked to felt the same way. It's probably a company thing.
