I applied for the Electrical Engineering Graduate Development Programme 2024. First, I took an assessment exam, and about a week later, they invited me for an interview. The interview was challenging; they asked follow-up questions about my answers. I got a rejection email 10 days after the interview. Wanting to improve, I asked for feedback on what skills to develop for future applications. They sent a generic, automated reply stating they don't provide feedback.

This was a sluggish and boring process overall. The interviewers had a low technical understanding but thought highly of themselves. The salary was low and the whole process from the phone call to the interview time was complicated. The engineers conducting the interview were incompetent and had a limited scope of understanding based on what they'd seen. I don't think it's a place where I would fit in.
