First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Elation Health.
Customer Support Specialist
Got an interview through an employee referral for Customer Support Specialist. 5 interviews total. 1 with recruiter, 1 with manager (basic questions, previous experience), 1 with tech lead (testing critical thinking and problem solving), 1 with culture ambassador, 1 with the co-founder. This was my first professional interview process, and honestly, it was the smoothest experience I could have imagined. I really appreciated their focus on how I'd fit into the role and the conversation about how they could help me achieve my professional goals. The final interview with the co-founder was a great touch; it made the whole process feel incredibly personal.

Customer Service Specialist
The job was described as entry level, but they weren't really looking for that. The interview was pretty casual, but it went on for 4 rounds and I talked to 7 people. They also couldn't get back to me when they said they would, so I had to chase them up. They ended up declining my application, but they did suggest me for another department and wanted me to do a whole new set of interviews. I passed on that.
- What is your motivation for working in healthcare?
Customer Support Associate
3 rounds of interviews, plus a written assignment (technically 4 stages). Started with a phone call over zoom with the technical recruiter, which felt pretty casual and like an intro to the company and role. Before the next interview, I finished a written assignment. The second interview was a panel with 2 back-to-back 30-min zoom meetings: first with the director of CS, then with the direct manager and training specialist. This part felt the most intense/difficult mainly because of how long it was. The final interview was a quick 15-min zoom meeting with the cofounder. All in all, a pretty standard interview process, though there were a few small issues like a delay in the start date.
