Elation Health Customer Success Manager Interview Questions
& Process

Due to COVID, Elation Health changed their interview process. I had low expectations since it was new to everyone, but they kept me updated on who I would interview with and gave me background information on them, which helped with the anxiety of meeting new people. Each interviewer made me feel comfortable and was very helpful with any questions, no questions were off limits. It was a very transparent process and I would go through it again even though I accepted an offer.

It was a pretty thorough process, but it is in line with the SF Bay area. I think it's good because they are really searching for a good fit and now that I'm on the team I see that they do a very good job with the hiring process - everybody syncs together very well. Overall it was a positive experience. Met a lot of the team and they were honest and pretty transparent about the role. Everybody seemed very dedicated and like they believed in Elation's mission and company.

My interview process with Elation took 1 month and consisted of 10 total interviews. It then took an additional week to provide a decision. The people I interviewed with were very friendly and I appreciated the thouroughness to ensure that both parties learned about each other. Only recommendation would be for elation to cut down the number of interviews in consideration of others time. This was a lot of time spent to not be offered the position.
