The interview process consisted of a recruiter call, followed by an online case study presentation with two designers. Then there was a home assignment and a presentation of that assignment. The final stage was an HR interview. I don't recall any other steps. The people I met were very nice and professional, and they provided a comprehensive overview of the company.

Coding Behavioral Technical

The interview process was alright. I started with an initial call with their recruiter, followed by a simple coding test with an open-ended question about persuading others. Then, I interviewed with the hiring manager. I thought it would be more of a portfolio review and case study discussion, but it turned out to be mostly questions about my working style, like "How do you collaborate with developers?", rather than strictly about design skills. On the plus side, they gave me feedback on why I wasn't selected, which was appreciated as they didn't ghost me.

  • Can you describe your overall design methodology?
