Got a call from a recruiter around 4pm one day while I was working. Then got another call around 9am the next day, also while I was working. I called back as soon as I finished work that day. Had a short, weird chat with the recruiter. She said her boss would call and that I 'should really pick up when he calls'. It felt disrespectful and left a bad impression.

The interview process was really informative and professional. I first met with the local area manager, and then I was flown to headquarters. There, I met with directors and an HR representative. They didn't just try to learn about me; they also spent a good amount of time telling me about the company and culture to make sure it would be a good fit if we decided to move forward. Overall, it was a great interview experience, and my time working for Elanco has been even better than I expected.

The interview process involved standard SMART questions. There were about 5-6 interviews, each with 1-2 interviewers. The interviewers were good and asked some challenging questions. The HR overview was informative. I had lunch with some of the interviewers. The conversations were often casual. I was given time to ask my questions.
