I had a phone chat with the hiring manager first. Then, I went for an onsite interview with the hiring manager and two team members. About a week later, I had another onsite interview with different team members to see if I'd be a good fit. Finally, I spoke with the HR recruiter about the role, benefits, and what the company expects, and then got the offer. The whole thing was pretty straightforward but took a while.
