First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Elanco.
Internship
The interview process was easy, with two rounds. It was a friendly conversation. Nothing too technical; if your behavioral interview prep is good, you shouldn't worry too much. I have nothing else to say but have to complete 30 words lol.
- Can you introduce yourself and explain your interest in Elanco?
Intern
I applied for the Digital Marketing internship and got through to the second stage. The second stage involved a case study that I had to present the next day. After presenting, I saw my idea posted on Instagram a week later. I assumed this meant a positive outcome, so I inquired about the job status. Two weeks after applying, I was informed I didn't get the internship, despite my idea being used.
- Tell me about yourself and a time you took on a leadership role?
Intern
The process starts with a screening by CIEE itself, with very basic HR interview questions, a light and relaxed atmosphere. In the second step, there's the interview with the company's HR, with a well-elaborated group dynamic, a bit more formal, but also relaxed, besides the behavioral questions. And in a third step, there's the interview with the area managers, all very friendly. it's a slightly more technical moment.
- How do you see yourself in the area in some time?
