Interviews are held at the Herrera Horia offices. Initially, there's a group phase involving written tests in math, English, etc. If you pass that, you move on to personal interviews. They value punctuality. I recommend bringing a passport-sized photo; nobody else does, and it gives you a space on the forms to stand out in that first phase.

They call you for a group interview where they explain what the job is like and then they interview you for about 2 minutes when you hand in a form you filled out. If they are interested, they call you for another personal interview. The personal interview is fine but they never tell you if you got the job or not. After some time, you understand that if they haven't contacted you, it means you didn't get it. I think it wouldn't hurt to send an email saying you weren't selected.

It was a quick and easy process. They ask you personal and professional questions. For me, there were 2 interviews for a 3-month internship as a sales assistant in the men's fashion section.
