Store Associate
First, you have to go do a psychometric test in the El Pilar neighborhood, which includes math, English, and some language, which is quite affordable. From there, they call you depending on how you fit and they assign you to a department store based on your location.
- What is your availability?
- What languages do you speak?
- Tell me about yourself.
Customer Service and Sales Advisor
First interview was with HR, focusing on getting to know my profile, motivation, and fit for the job. Second interview was with the head of the area, focusing on my skills, experience, and how I'd fit with the team and the role's responsibilities.
- Why were you interested in this position and the company, and how do your profile and experience fit the role?
- Tell me about why you are interested in this position and the company, and how your profile and experience align with the role.
Business Analyst
They asked several questions about the role and how I would approach solving problems. There was an Excel test to check my coding skills and data mindset, mostly using dynamic tables. Finally, I interviewed with senior management from both business and tech teams.
- Could you describe how you would handle this particular scenario?
- Reflecting on the situation, what actions would you have taken differently?
- What specific questions would you have posed to evaluate this error?
Order Management Specialist
I got an email a couple of days after sending my CV inviting me to a group info session. There, with about 20-30 other candidates, they explained how the process worked. We filled out some forms with our info, and then the person leading the session asked a few of us to stay behind and inquire about X at reception. After waiting a bit longer, they started interviewing those selected. I didn't talk to the others, but from what I saw, this so-called interview wasn't very serious, and they quickly moved on to discussing the job conditions and checking if everything worked for both parties.
- Could you explain some aspects of your CV?
- What would be your method of transportation...
