To be considered for this role, candidates need to have a growth mindset, good communication and collaboration skills, and be able to solve complex problems. Past leadership experience is a plus. Applicants must be under 26 years old and hold a Bachelor's or Master's Degree. The program also looks for entrepreneurial skills, an understanding of future skills, and the ability to build a high-value network. It took 4 application processes. The first one is to join the online Open House session (because it's during the covid pandemic). After that, you will have to apply on the link within the Open House day. You will only get the link when you attend the event. It took around two days to get the online aptitude test link. Only person who passes the online aptitude test will be considered for the next process, the assessment center. Assessment center day consists of 2 sections which are group assessment and individual assessment. For the group assessment, they put you in a group of 10 candidates and assign you to come up with business strategy within 10 mins and 45 mins. Everyone in the group have to take part in the presentation. (It's such a competitive interview)

Started with a phone call screening from HR. Then, an online engineering test. After that, an onsite match test where I needed to score over 70%. Finally, two face-to-face interviews, one with the hiring manager and another with management.
