Group Presentation Behavioral Case

It took 4 application processes. The first one is to join the online Open House session (because it's during the covid pandemic). After that, you will have to apply on the link within the Open House day. You will only get the link when you attend the event. It took around two days to get the online aptitude test link. Only person who passes the online aptitude test will be considered for the next process, the assessment center. Assessment center day consists of 2 sections which are group assessment and individual assessment. For the group assessment, they put you in a group of 10 candidates and assign you to come up with business strategy within 10 mins and 45 mins. Everyone in the group have to take part in the presentation. (It's such a competitive interview)

Behavioral Other

I was interviewed by the Head of Personnel - Retail Operations and two of her assistants during a large recruitment event at a hotel. They told me to act naturally, as it was supposed to be an informal interview, but it felt more like a regular conversation. This made me feel relaxed, and I was able to answer all the questions smoothly and naturally. It was a great experience and one of the most impressive interviews I've had. By the end, I was sure they were happy with my answers and would offer me the job, which they did.
