Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at EisnerAmper.
Tax Consultant
The interview process involved a group discussion (GD) and a personal interview (PI). The GD was straightforward and manageable. However, the PI was essentially pointless as the interviewer wasn't available, so it was conducted just for the sake of it.
- Could you tell me where you reside in Mumbai?
Tax Intern
I applied online and got a call for an interview pretty quickly. First, I chatted with a manager about the job and my background. Then, I spoke with a partner who wanted to know about tax areas I know and even how I handled the recent storm. He didn't even look at my resume. They sent my offer letter a week later.
- Can you describe your responsibilities in your current role?
- What do you know about this position?
- Tell me about your past work experience.
Tax Senior Associate
You'll start with an internal recruiter call where you'll discuss your background, and they'll determine which tax group is the best fit for you. After that, there's one interview round with three tax directors. You should expect to hear back within approximately two weeks.
- Can you introduce yourself and walk me through your experience?
- What do you consider to be your greatest strength?
