I was contacted for a phone screen that lasted about half an hour. The next steps are two more rounds, one for an hour and another for half an hour. The phone screen wasn't too difficult, it was just a regular conversation.

I met them at a career fair and they reached out to me for an interview. Everyone was very welcoming and friendly. You met with people further up the chain from a senior associate to manager and partner. It is a one on one interview with each person and they ask you typical interview questions.
