So there were two interviews. The first one was with the recruiter over the phone. Then, the second one was a virtual meeting with the senior manager and another manager from the team. Each of these lasted about thirty minutes. All questions were pretty basic behavioral ones. The whole thing took about two weeks.

The interview felt really rushed and didn't have a natural flow, so there wasn't much space for real connection or thinking things through. The interviewer seemed surprised I'm a CPA, which felt disrespectful and unprofessional. I asked why they said that, and they just responded with “Good for you,” not really explaining or acknowledging anything. It just left me feeling off and not valued.
