Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Einfochips.
Senior Verification Engineer
To get started, you'll need to get through 2 or 3 interview rounds, plus an HR interview. Sometimes they might throw in some cross-hierarchical or campus interviews too. Before any of that, there's a six-month training period as a trainee engineer. Once you've aced that, you'll have to face the interviews.
- Can you explain the basics of the project and the programming language needed for it?
Verification Engineer
It started with a written test, followed by two interview rounds. However, I did well in the first interview, so they decided to skip the second one. The first interview was a 1-on-1 session where I was asked questions about DLD and given 2 puzzles. They also asked about the basics of VLSI.
- Can you explain the Y model?
- There were several questions related to Digital Logic Design.
- I was given two puzzles to solve.
DV Engineer
It has 3 Stages , firstly written examination of aptitude and technical and second one is interview and at last HR round. Aptitude will be moderate level and technical depends for which role you are applying.
